How Do I Place An
Order?

We have made ordering with DirectDietPills.com
as fast and convenient as possible without
compromising your security or safety. Start by
clicking on an Order link. You will then be taken to
our secure server where you will set up your
account. Next, You will need to answer an online
questionnaire to provide information relevant to
your medical condition. Once you complete the
questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page that
will allow you to review your answers for accuracy.
Once all of the information is accurate, you simply
submit your order for processing.

What Happens
Once I Submit My Order?

When you place an order at DirectDietPills.com
you will receive the lowest prescription prices you
can find on the Internet.
1. A case manager will be assigned to process your
order. The case manager will contact the physician
you provided in the medical questionnaire to request
the medication you selected. It is imperative that your
physician's contact information is accurate to avoid
any delays in processing your order.
2. Once we receive written approval from your physician and all of the
medication's condition requirements have been met, your
medication will be filled and shipped the same day to you
overnight by our US licensed Pharmacy; Direct Pharmacy, Inc.
3. If the physician does not approve your prescription
within 3 business days, the prescription will be
substituted with our #1 non-prescription weight loss product.
The charges, in place of the prescription
product, will be adjusted to equal: 30 day order=$55.00
/ 60 day order=$77.00 / 90 day order=$93.00
An Order Processing Fee of $9.95 will be charged for each
submitted order. This is Non-refundable.
Properly submitted orders will be processed and ship
within 3-4 business days.
All credit card charges will be billed through a 3rd party billing service. We reserve the right to bill your order within 30 days of the time the order is placed.
Your order will be shipped to you via FedEx. After
placing your order you will be able to track its
process in real-time by logging onto the order
status page. When your order ships, the FedEx
tracking number will be E-mailed to you, enabling
you to track the progress of your order through the
FedEx system.
Our company will be contacting you under sales@directdietpills.com. Be sure to add us to your list of approved sites otherwise our emails will be blocked (I.E. AOL,MSN,YAHOO ISP's)
We will notify you if there is a problem with your
order. If you do not hear from us, you may assume
that your order was properly submitted and is being
processed. You will receive a confirmation E-mail
when your medication is shipped.
Electronic Check Payments:
If you choose to pay by electronic check, please be aware there will be a delay in the processing of your order as it takes at least 8 days for check payments to clear.

Your Shipping Rates And Policies?

Shipping
Your order will be shipped via FedEx based on the
shipping preference of your choice. Our shipping
options for the continental United States are as
follows:

FedEx Overnight Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to
most US addresses; by noon or 1:30 p.m. - $18.00.
FedEx Express Delivery by 4:30 pm in 2-3 business days
to most areas (by 7:00 p.m. to residences) - normally $12.00, now FREE!
Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are normally
shipped at $30.00, now FREE!
NO P.O. BOXES - FedEx requires an adult signature at
delivery. We must ship your order to a place of
business or a residence where there is someone
available to sign for the package during regular
business hours.
Do You Ship Orders Every Day?
We ship orders every day but Saturday and Sunday. If you place an
order after 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on
Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and
processed on Monday.

What is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

There is a $45 fee applied to orders which are canceled or returned. If your physician does not approve your prescription request and you are provided a non-prescription alternative product it can be exchanged with a prescription product if a valid prescription can be provided in the future.
